Summary

With a strong commercial background, I create sustainable growth and long-term profitability. I enjoy being entrepreneurial and challenge status quo. My methods are based on data driven decision, and by reasoning I make sure that the targets are in focus and the preconditions are optimized. In the process, I identify and assess the possibilities and risks, so the business remains sustainable and profitable.

 

Previously, I have proven this by developing and implementing winning strategies. One of the results is starting up a resilient, growing and profitable sector. In 2018, the sector reached a turnover of more than DKK 300 million and had seven employees.

 

Through my professional career I have a achieved a broad commercial experience and to improve my theoretical and strategic skills I have completed an Executive MBA in 2018. This combination allows me to make the right decisions that will create growth and deliver value to the business.

Commercial excellence where I through many years in international BtB business know how long-term values are created. I strive in a competitive environment where I grow relationships and manage the different stakeholders who help create a sustainable business and increase the activities and values. 

 

Supply Change Management where I have personal experience in all parts of the value chain. This allows me to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses in the business and make the necessary corrections. Furthermore, it gives me a holistic view of the business where I can spot the possibilities and threats that evolve the responsible long-term business and profit. 

 

Business modelling and Strategies are used to secure a focus on growth and long-term value creation. In the process of implementing, I address the possibilities and risks to make sure that the business stay value creating and sustainable. The risks are evaluated to minimize the likelihood that one occurring and control the consequences.
